I know this may not be the best place to post this problem but here it goes.

I have had a 2001 golf 1 and i now own a 2005 golf 1 with the new dash, both models blow leaves and dust all over the car when you open the side vents...who has come up with a diy solution for this problem?

You could clean out under the bonnet where the fan sucks from, it worked for me on a different car
