I think its an ongoing thing. I just saw it, so thought I would share it.
Mmm, that could help my bills quite a bit, using 5gig at the moment, 4.5gig is local, mostly from working on my site

Was strugling badly with site, and uploaded it a lot.

Its just ethically wrong you guys have that kind of connection. Not to mention unfair!

I scaled down from 50gb per month to a mere 30gb...
My usage averages 20gb. 12gb cap..woops...
WE really need to get telkom to open up the local bandwidth again!
I feel so out, i only get 2GB for the month... Not sure what's up cause my usage tracker says i used 2.8GB already...
